Dyke W. Ridgley
In 1963, Dyke was able to acquire an Alfa Romeo Giulia Spider. His life rapidly went downhill from there. Even though his professional training is in accounting and finance, his first love (after his wife, Sue) has always been cars. Alfas soon led to Ferraris and, as he was able to only afford older models in need of work, he began to acquire a hands-on knowledge of these cars. This led to the beginnings of a continuing writing career related to the marque. Dyke has had articles published in The Prancing Horse, Cavallino, Ferrari Market Letter and various other car related publications.

Dyke, in the last few years, has begun to expand his car knowledge and activities and is now involved with numerous other marques as well as Ferrari. He currently is the curator of a private car collection and manages a vintage racing team.
